"Fantastic level of care"

About: North Tyneside General Hospital

My son was brought to a and e following an accident the level of care he received was fantastic all staff members involved were polite and caring. My son was seen very quickly and the severity of his condition was quickly recognised a big thank you to everyone who dealt with my son I think it can be said that he would not be here today with out you and I can not thank you enough.

Dear Sir / Madam, I'm imagining just how frightening it must have been for you to come into hospital in these circumstances. I am so pleased that you were met by a professional and skilled team in emergency care who did everything they needed to do to ensure your son quicjly got the care he needed. Whilst the team undoubtedly recognise that maintaining these high standards, every day, for all patients. is a fudemental part of thier job, they will nonetheless be delighted to hear how important it was for you personally. Thank you fro giving us the opportunity to pass your kind words on. I do hope your boy is doing well now. With all best wishes, Annie
