"A & E"

I had cause to be taken into Basildon A & E on Wednesday 9/11/14 for what subsequently proved to be a chest infection. I cannot explain enough, how impressed I was from the time the ambulance was called to the time of discharge later that evening. The initial first responder-ambulance crew-reception nurse sister(s)-radiologist(s)-doctor-orderlies and even the ladies who brought round the tea for myself and my wife, every single person treated me with compassion and respect. All was explained to me from start to finish and I was extremely comfortable with everything that was done. In a time when the NHS is constantly under fire, I have to say that Basildon A & E performed with incredible professionalism and I would have no hesitation in recommending their services to others.
