"Transferred from HDU to C7 June 2014"

About: Russells Hall Hospital

My husband was in HDU and then transferred to C7. Third admission this year. Station 3 this time. All staff extremely polite and helpful. Special thanks to the Ward Clerk who helped with car parking pass and any queries. All the nurses work so hard and have so many extremely ill patients to deal with. All the volunteers are lovely and a smile is always there. Beds and sheets changed several times a day or whenever deemed necessary. Could not fault the care and attention given. In hospital a month to make sure everything stable. Every faith in the Doctor who is in charge. For families this is a very difficult time .

Thank you, Debbie, for your lovely feedback about the care your husband received at our hospital. It is wonderful to hear that you feel he has been well looked after and that both our staff and volunteers helped to make your experience more pleasant.

We will pass your positive comments on to our Volunteer Coordinator and the staff on HDU and Ward C7.
