"Efficient and dealt with my problem in a professional and humane way"

About: Medway Maritime Hospital / Pain Management

(as the patient),

I was referred on Saturday evening and they were extremely kind, efficient and dealt with my problem in a professional and humane way.

When I was released I had the best information and was made to feel that if I needed to go back in the next two days, then I was welcome to.

This gave me confidence to go home.

Patients are provided with the most up to date information so that they can make informed choices about their condition and spend less time at the hospital.
