What I liked

I was admitted to undergo a triple bypass procedure. I was extremely anxious but everyone - sugeons, anaesthetists and nursing staff were wonderful and gave me a confidence which I didn't expect to have. I cannot speak too highly of their skill and care. They showed a personal interest in my welfare whiich went far beyond my expectations. I am now at home continuing my recovery and will always be grateful for what they have done for me.

What could be improved

Everything was excellent apart from the service from the pharmacy. To be discharged in the morning and still be waiting for medication at 4.30pm is just not good enough. Management needs to address this issue.
