"With thanks to all in Medical Assesement 2"

My self, my sister and my mother would just like to thank the hospital for the kindness and help given to my father Duncan Townsend. He was admitted on Bank Holiday Monday 26th May 2014 and sadly died the next morning. With all the negative reviews these days and the fact that it was a bank holiday we were very worried about him. My sister and myself had to drive down from London and Sussex. The night staff were nice and the two doctors and the consultant were kindness itself. Although next morning it was a little more chaotic, the staff were nice and I would especially like to thank the Health Care assistant who was on the medical assessment ward 2 as if it hadn't been for her and her quick action at getting us to his bedside just after his wash we probably would not have been with my father when he died.
