What I liked

I was impressed by the level of clenliness in the hospital and the attention of the staff to my Grandmother. I cannot fault the medical care my grandmother received

What could be improved

Communication is poor. The only opportunity to speak to anyone is at visiting time when the nursing staff are clearly too busy. We were given differing stories about my Grandmothers condition depending upon who was on duty. We were not informed of her condition despite asking to be kept informed as she is very elderly and frail.
