"Relative of patient through A&E"

About: Sunderland Royal Hospital

Very dissatisfied with the reception staff who clearly were uninterested in seeing to patients coming in through A&E. Patient was left to walk the corridoors on getting lost and staff very reluctant to help when I asked where the patient needed to be- stood at the reception far too long and was ignored! Terrible service and would never recommend this hospital to anyone- number of different occassions received no communication or felt any standard of care towards patients at all. Yet to have a good experience!
