"A rewarding visit"

About: Croydon University Hospital

Visited Accident and emergency late last night. Was looked after very well by both the Admin and the nursing team, all showed a great attitude under pressure. The doctor I saw, was very professional and supportive, one felt every stone was being turned to ensure I left in good order. The only comment I would make is the Accident and Emergency department could do with an update structurally, just very tired looking, the floor is worn out in places. It is a busy department 24 hrs a day, so one understands the problems. Anyway thank you al for your care. Andy

Thank you for your posting.regarding the care and service you received at Croydon University Hospital (CUH)

I was very pleased to read your comments. It is always rewarding to receive such positive feedback and I know health professionals and support staff are encouraged by it. It is also valuable for CUH to know when the services we provide are seen positively.

In regards to A&E looking tired I will pass your comments on to the relevent people.

Once again, may I thank you for taking the time and trouble to write and for the thoughts you have expressed.
