What I liked

My grandad was in ward F4 recently and was treated extremely well by everybody, including his surgeon, all of the nurses, down to the cleaning lady who went and got him a newspaper from the shop because he was asleep when the seller came around.

He was also on G4 in december and was treated just as well there. Thank you to everybody.
