"Post Menopausal Bleeding"

About: Lincoln County Hospital

I attended Lincoln County Hospital twice following an episode of post menopausal bleeding. At all times I was treated courteously and with respect by nursing staff and my visits, whilst stressful, were handled well. I was particularly impressed with the knowledge and skills of the two nurse practitioners who handled my case. The only negative was the off-hand manner of the receptionist who was more interested in making tea than being at their post and whose manner led me initially to start to action a private appointment which then became unnecessary as the service manager accommodated me very quickly.

I am really pleased that you felt treated well by myself, my colleague and nursing staff in our Nurse led clinics. We aim to provide a high standard of care for each woman attending clinic and are reassured to know that we have achieved this for you. Unfortunately, I am unable to comment on Reception staff.
