"my son was sent for an x ray by ..."

What I liked my son was sent for an x ray by our doctor as he had a recurring groin pain and stiffness. The lady who took the x ray was so concerned she insisted we go thru to A&E to get him checked over. What could be improved? When I saw the doctor he was unaware of the x rays and was going to order more. He couldn't find anything wrong apart from a groin strain so he went outside the room and discussed it with some nurses who then proceeded to, very loudly, suggest that we stop wasting their time and one in particular said 'tell him to get to school'. I feel training around respect and confidentiality would be beneficial. I did not appreciate five nurses staring at me as I left. I was only there because one member of their team was doing her job. My son had been to scool but I was obviously concerned that this limp had lasted almost two weeks with no reduction in pain. I was made to feel small and as tho I was wasting their time. My son could barely walk to the bus stop after and yet he was treated like a malingerer
