About: North West Ambulance Service NHS Trust / Emergency ambulance

(as the patient),

I suffered a heart attack.

What can I say, three ambulance men arrived rushed me off to Manchester Royal and in a nut shell saved my life.

The only way I can describe these three is angels without wings.

I thank you so so much(pardon the pun) but from the bottom of my heart.

So proffesional and most of all kind.

This was a true account of my life being saved. Thank you for your kind wishes, but do you really know what a exceptional service you provide? No probably not you seem to take it all in your stride. The message I am trying to get across is how kind and thoughtful you are.

I know this is a caring professional and you are all dedicated people but some go above and beyond. I just wish I could thank these three personally and I do hope this gratitude gets to them personally.
