"Information passed on from hospital to hospital"

About: Leicester Royal Infirmary

Why is it that when you ring up about a patient they never have details from next of kin my patient started off at royal then transferred to General then to evington centre then back to royal why isn't their info passed on their notes we did tell staff at all three hospitals the only one that was listening was the evington centre very frustrating and annoying and then you wonder why you get bad reviews come on get a grip don't give me your short staffed I understand but theirs no resin why you don't have patients detail and info bad practice

Dear Maz, Thank you for taking the time to post your comment. We are sorry to hear that you have struggled to find out information about patients, but it is hard for us to comment on the specifics without knowing a bit more about your experience. If you would like to send further information to Communications@uhl-tr.nhs.uk, we will investigate this further to improve our service for the future. Kind regards Communications team, Leicester's Hospitals
