What could be improved

turned up at ward 4 to have some stitches removed from my head as GP thought it may still contain glass.arrived at 11.30 as requested by my GP to sit in a waiting room till about 2 0'clock until i was seen by a doctor who refered me to get x-rays.retuned back to ward 4 and let the sister no I was back.About 3.30 i caught the eye off the docter who sent me for x-rays for him to notice "i was back". He told me that he would have a look at the x-rays then he would call for me.5.30 i had had enough and told the sister i was leaving. She took my details and rang at home at 7.30, to advise me to ring dirct to ward4 at 9.o'clock in the morning to get an appointment. Rang ward4 who knew nothing about me but would contact me as soon as they new something.My phone wrang at 11.30 to be told i could come back to ward 4 but she stated i may get cancelled again. To which i replied to that that this wasn't acceptable. Ispent more time in ward4 waiting than i did the day my car went sommersaulting down the road. In a+e at Fazakerley hospital.It looks like i'm going back to my GP to see what other opions are.PROBABLY GO PRIVATE.
