I paid to see a specialist as i was in extreme pain and the first three weeks were blilliant the staff did there utmost cleaning out my ear infection. now i feel as though ive been thrown to the lions,i am using drops which seem to irritate my ear more i am left waiting for an operation but walking around with ear ache with infection still in my ear who seems to care,no one, am scared to go in to the hostpital after reading the daily mail today am not sure about the specialist whos doing the op if ever i get in there

What could be improved

continuity of information, what kind of operation to take out polyps, how long do you need to get over it is the after care in place
