"A shining light of a GP practice"

I just wanted to share the continuing good news story that is Park Terrace medical practice. I see many stories about people having long waits to get appointments or the dreaded phone on the day to get a routine appointment, Park Terrace you can phone and book ahead making it much easier to organise with work. If its an emergency you have the option to phone on the day. They have also introduced an online booking appointment so if you cant phone during their opening hours you can still book.

The reception staff are all lovely and really helpful! ! Even when the place is going like a fair.

I am also able to have continuation of care with the same doctor, although every doctor in the practice is lovely. But being able to go back to the same doctor and build a patient doctor relationship is brilliant for someone with chronic illnesses.

Fantastic practice and I wish I could nominate them for an award as they really do deserve it!
