Sam & Ralph travelled to our holiday cottage in Higher Tresmorn, during the evening in June as the result of me experiencing acute chest pain which, at the time was suspected, (by DHSDirect & then a call to 111) as being angina.
Both Sam and Ralph were friendly, professional, kind and supportive throughout their visit, during the ambulance ride to Plymouth Naval Hospital and afterward whilst dropping me off in the hospital Accident Department. They also ensured my wife was fully involved and informed along the way and Sam was happy for my wife to follow in our car as he drove the ambulance the 30 odd miles to Plymouth.
In summary both Sam & Ralph are a credit not only to the South West Ambulance Service Trust but also the human race - excellent people doing an excellent job.
Sincere thanks again Sam & Ralph.
