What I liked

Although I only attended for a root nerve block which is a 30 min procedure I was really impressed with the premises (clean and welcoming) the staff ( friendly and reassuring) and the fact that I was actually called in early.

I was anxious about the procedure but felt that everything was explained and all of my questions were answered in a patient and friendly manner.

What could be improved
