"Still no results"

It's been 5 weeks since I went for a check up and I still don't have my results. I have phoned numerous times for them to fob me off with taking my details and that is a nurse is going to call me back ( I began phoning from 2 and a half weeks ). 5 weeks later I am still chasing them because they have not called me back! The clinic is very small that buggies are not allowed inside the premises. Buggies have to be parked outside, which Is a bit of a hassle especially if you go for a check up and you also have a young baby with you, cause your expected to take them out. It's really inconvenient wouldn't go back there again!
