"I thank the staff for a very pleasant hour"

My appointment at the Princess Royal Hospital in March was an ultra sound scan made me feel rather anxious.

My appointment was for 2pm. At exactly 2: 30pm I was called in by a very pleasant nurse who showed me into the room, where my scan was to take place.

The scan was nothing to be anxious about and I was treated with respect having been covered with a sheet to keep my dignity.

After the scan I was shown the clinic to see the doctor. I waited about 10 minutes and was then shown in by another very pleasant nurse. The doctor discussed the results from my scan and decided to take a biopsy.

I felt completely at ease and again I was made to feel special (not like years ago). The whole procedure that is the scan, the doctor’s consultation was completed at 3pm.

I thank the staff for a very pleasant hour at PRH.
