"Short Stay Medical"

About: Spelthorne St Peter's Hospital (Chertsey) St Peter's Hospital / Accident and emergency

(as a relative),

My 90 year old father was admitted after being brought in to A&E, discharged 2 days later stating he was medically and mentally fit. Less than 12 hours later social services where called to his house as an emergency stating he was not coping at home. St. Peters should have never discharged my father and that more time should have been spent assesses his needs mentally and medically.

I am angry over my fathers early discharge
