My fathers appointment was at 3:45pm and at no ppint were we advised of any delays, we got into the "sub waiting" area at 16:00pm still sat waiting at half 16:30 to then be told the clinic is an hour behind, absolute joke of a hospital, staff are a joke just standing around chatting even the doctor we are here to see is having a good old chat, I pay my taxes for this do I ? I believe something should be done it's supposed to be about care, they couldn't care less
