"Dr and his team"

I have been looked after by a Doctor and his lovely team for 11 years now, always being treated with the greatest care and kindness, extending over the years to include personal highs and lows which they never fail to ask about. It's that extra mile that means so much, especially when you're nervous and in pain. Unfortunately new circumstances (another stupid accident) mean I can no longer receive treatment, but I just wanted to thank the Doctor and all past and present members of his team for making the difference, and wish them well in the future, both professionally and personally.
