"Endoscopy Appointment"

I had an appointment in Endoscopy Department, Brunel Building at Southmead Hospital. We had difficulty parking and the drop off point becomes full of buses so was difficult to stop. The hospital looks amazing and you need to know where you are going but there are some very helpful people around to help if you are lost. I was very anxious about this appointment but I need not have worried as the staff were really friendly and explained everything to me every step of the way which reassured me and made me feel more relaxed. When I had the procedure done the Endoscopy Nurse that was with me really help she talked to me all the way through and really relaxed me. After wards everything was explained to me and I was given a copy of my result and said I would hear about the biopsy - which I did I had a letter from the consultant a couple of weeks later. Can't fault this service and the staff were lovely.
