What I liked

I was told exactly what to expect. The staff were great, though very short staffed. They still attended

to most patients needs.

What could be improved

The amount of staff. Some patients especially the elderly needed someone but nurses were just too busy. In one case an elderly lady was very distressed about her condition, the nurses were just too busy to talk to her.

Anything else?

My consultant Dr Preston was very good, very professional and friendly. I would recommend her to everyone. Thank you.
