I went to this hospital for a transabdominal ultrasound.

First, they thought I was there for a transvaginal when I was not.

I was then informed that my bladder was not full enough, so was asked if I would like an internal scan instead. I asked about it, and they said that it was fine.

Until the woman suddenly asked / stated, "Oh - you're not a virgin, are you."

To which I replied, "Uh, yes I am, actually."

So I was essentially kicked out.

And the kicker? Before this, I was booked in for two internal scans but missed both appointments. I was never asked by a GP for hospital staff if I was a virgin, so I would've just turned up to one of those appointments and would have been kicked out.
