"How not to spend a Saturday afternoon!"

On Saturday the 28th June, I slammed my van door on my third finger right hand and was directed to Berwick Infirmary by NHS24. The receptionist was quick to process me and I only had to wait a few minutes to see a nurse. She sent me to x-ray after her initial examination. I was dealt with very quickly at x-ray and sent back to the nurse. The nurse wasted no time in dressing the wound and sending me on my way. The whole process took no more than 30 minutes. Brilliant! Terrific! 10 out of 10. William
