"my partner came into hospital"

hi all well where do i start what a fantastic looking hospital it is all departments under one roof 10\10 the paramedic that came out to the house was excellent when we got to A\E we were seen within ten minutes things was going so well then things went down hill my partner had to go to aau where a bed was found in a single room this room was totally unacceptable as this room hadn,t been cleaned for a new hospital this is basic hygiene, we were moved to another ward 4 days later after treatment only to be sent back to the same room we had just came from.all together we had a stay in 3 different wards this was a few things that went on within a 10 days of treatment i would like to say all the staff were brilliant they couldn,t do enough for you .they do a fantastic job my thanks to all of them.we all can moan about southmead but it will take a long time to trust if we had a choice we would be back at frenchay like a shot they should spend money there and reopen it as they have to many problems at southmead.
