What I liked

The assessment in A & E was quite quick.

What could be improved

The empathy skills and the interaction from staff. A male nurse calls female patients Madam in a very patronising way, staff were professional but very disinterested and couldn't care less, no social skills. You do not feel valued at all.

Anything else?

Why should I be discriminated against and be charged £4 in thecar park because of an accident?
