What could be improved

Booking of and keeping appointments. I have glaucoma and need to see the specialist regularly. An appointment was cancelled and promised me new one within few weeks. Two years later I was still waiting and my optician was very concerned.

Anything else?

After kicking up a real fuss I was given a new appointment, which I kept. Was told to come back in four weeks, which I did. Glaucoma still unsettled and told to come back in four to six weeks. They cancelled that appointment and promised me a new one. Yes, you guessed it right. Months later I am still waiting. Do I have to go blind to actually get ongoing treatment. On top of all this they have LOST my medical records!!
