In April of this year I was diagnosed with a DVT which was hard for me to accept because in 2009 I had a bi-lateral PE. However, two amazing nurses have restored my faith in Milton Keynes hospital as my experience from having my first daughter nearly 20 years was a living nightmare, my consulation in 2009 with a consultant in general medicine left me devastated as he was extremely rude and uncaring. Nevertheless these two women should get an award for their caring, positive and uplifting attitudes nothing I asked for was too much for them I felt really special and understood.
