We have been overwhelmed by the skill, kindness and patience of everyone who has helped us. All the nursing staff have been comforting and reassuring in both word, tone and gesture into the mysterious world of hospital procedures. I feel we have been given more than enough time and information to make fully-informed choices. It is always a delight to be in the presence of people who excel at what they do because of who they are. We can't thank you enough.
