Staff: excellent, service:second-to-none, parking: easy. When national healthcare insurance is this good, there's no reason to waste money on private healthcare insurance. Everything was clearly explained, staff were friendly and attentive. As a process analyst in the software industry, I did notice that although the mandated paperwork process was thorough, the current implementation should be streamlined (greater consistency In the types of form used) with net benefits to the tax payer. Nursing and surgical staff were competent, extremely hardworking and friendly. Thank you

Dear Mr Browell, I do hope you are recovering well from surgery.Thank you very much for sharing your experience of the care you received at North Tyneside. I have to say I love your strapline ' When care is this good why pay for private healthcare '. Your description of the quality of our care makes me feel very proud to be part of the NHS and of our staff in particular. It means a lot to get your feedback on our processes too and in particular for ways in which our paperwork can be streamlined.
