After visiting the fracture clinic on a number of occasions over the past few weeks I would just like to say how kind and sympathetic the staff were. Everywhere staff were very busy but all spoke kindly to patients.

In the plaster room all staff had a joke with the patients they were treating and older members of the public were treated with care and consideration.

I did have to wait a long time but only because of the volume of people passing through and thought all staff managed extremely well under the pressure of work.
