"Impressive treatment but unorganised discharge procedure"

I was impressed and relieved by the treatment I received at QMC. I was consulted at all times and my wishes taken into account. The general care was good and even the food! However, I have two criticisms. Firstly, the trolleys are excessively noisy. During the night they sound like approaching a steam train. Secondly, the discharge procedure. I was told I would probably be discharged the next morning after seeing a doctor. I was seen at 1.30pm and told I needed antibiotics and that these would be ordered at the pharmacy as a priority but they arrived three hours later.
