"Outstanding service at the Audiology Clinic"

I visited the clinic today for the first time...for a hearing test which was carried out professionally and sensitively. Waiting time was 7 minutes! The service beat my expectations by a long shot ... Having explained the nature of my hearing loss, the audiologist then offered, configured and fit hearing aid devices on the spot...taking time to make adjustments once fitted to offset undue feedback. The devices themselves are not the horrors I imagined but sophisticated and subtle. So 11/4 hour I walked out of the clinic hearing sounds lost to the winds of time. Excellent care, service, equipment and devices. Thank you.
