I wanted to express thanks for the kindness, care and patience shown by all the nurses I came in contact and that of the registrar who carried out the procedure. At the same time, because everything that went on in other cubicles could also be heard, I heard the same consistent high level of care being shown to all at was obviously a very busy time on the ward.
