"waiting time and lack of communication"

Waiting area 4 is a small claustrophobic area that gets unbearable in the summer. The waiting time is long for the dermatology clinic and one of the doctors tried to push a very strong medication on my son, do they get paid for that? Plus I had to cancel an appointment and being unable to get through to either the clinic or appointments, I went through to the dermatology secretaries to cancel and ask for another appointment. Instead my son was discharged back to the gp. I spent a long time trying to get through to someone to change this appointment and now have to spend a long time correcting their ERROR. I will be going through PALS as this is the best way to get a new appointment. This is not the first time this has happened. Whipps system does not work, unless their aim is to discharge children before their treatment is over and therefore save money. They are not going to get away with it.
