In June, I attended Worcester royal hospital e n t for a 3pm appointment and
I arrived there at 2-40 pm. I left the clinic at 3-45 pm without seeing the
consultant. my complaint is that I was left sat there waiting.
at no time did I receive an apology nor an explanation for the delay, I consider it as
gross discourtesy, and ignorance.
proper hospitals communicate with patients regarding delays, I fail to see why
Worcester royal are unable to respond.
