"Crosshouse day surgery experience "

About: Crosshouse Hospital / General Surgery

(as the patient),

Had exploratory internal camera examination.

The staff, from start to finish, were friendly, professional, and very efficient.

In a current society where some people are only too quick to condemn N. H. S. services and treatments, I can only heap praise on the staff and doctors that attended me last week. A big thanks folks.

Thank you very much for taking the time to send your complimentary words. I have been employed by the NHS for more years than I am going to admit and I really believed that everyone wants to do a good job. Unfortunately, sometimes we can to get caught up with tasks and pressures and this can reduce the quality of care we would all like to give and receive. I will be delighted to pass this message to the team and give them credit where it is due. It is always good when good service and care does not go unnoticed.
