"Could not fault service of care"

The manner in which i was admitted to North Mid was not what I would exactly called dignified. However, I was treated exceptionally well by all members of staff. The ward was fairly busy and I was seen in due time. Firstly by the nurse, then the doctor a while after. In A & E you are going to get some very sick people, and the professionals do have to prioritise their time to people who need them more urgently, which is more than understandable. I was incoherent for most the time, so I cant exactly be sure of the time that elapsed anyway. The room I was in, and the toilet appeared to be spotless. Cleanliness was clearly a priority there. It was very apparent that the doctor was endeavouring to do all he could for me. I really did feel as though he empathised with me, and was reassuring and gentle. The level of care I received was excellent, and faultless. Highest commendations to that particular man. And the nurses were wonderful too.
