What I liked

my partner was taken to the hospital by ambulance,with an un explained problem. he was seen quickly. later he was taken for various test i was allowed to go with him and was kept informed of all the goings on. he later was admitted to hdu where the care he received was second to none. the staff on this ward deserve a special thanks for there care and understanding for my partner and myself. it'snot just the paitent the staff look after but the family too. special thanks to helen and lisa.

What could be improved

please give more praise to the ambulance crews who do an outstanding job and often get forgotten.
