"Pleased with Renal Outpatient Clinic, Ayr Hospital"

(as the patient),

Seen on time by Dr Spalding. She was aware of the results of a recent blood tests and my previous history. This was very reassuring.

Some explanations and observations were made and I was asked if I had questions or concerns. I was shown a computer graph of current and historical blood test results and explanations given.

This was a very pleasent experience and gave me every confidence that everyone was on the ball with my current and future needs. I cannot see how this service can be improved. I cannot praise this Doctor and the support staff enough.

Thank you so much for taking the time to contact us and letting us know about your very pleasant experience. It is a joy to hear that description in reference to a hospital appointment. It is also good to hear that through good communication about your medical history and condition, you felt confident in your medical team.
