"Poor standards of care"

My stay on ward 10 at Walsall manor hospital was appalling! I was treated with a lack of compassion & empathy. The reason why the wards keeps getting closed down with Noro virus quickly became apparent as I witnessed nursing staff going in & out a room of a person with loose stools with no gloves or apron & always failed to wash their hands. I was treated differently to other patients & when I explained I have a disabled child at home whom I'm the main career for I was told told 'well then put your plans into place then you don't have to worry!' Disgusting standard of care.
