"Carpal tunnel release"

About: Southlands Hospital

I had a carpal tunnel release in May. I was seen quickly and efficiently and explainations were given throughout. I am a staff nurse myself of over thirty years so being on the other side of the fence as it were, is a different experience! The staff were great and being first on the list I left the hospital an hour and a half later. My only complaint is that my operation date was moved three times which meant I had to jiggle my own work and appointments around. However i am now well on the road to recovery and think Southlands Hospital is a friendly and welcoming hospital with none of carparking hassles and frenetic nature of other hospitals.

Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your positive experience of Southlands Hospital. Our staff work very hard to provide the efficient and patient centred care that you describe, we are also very sorry that we had need to reschedule your appointment three times. Your comments will be passed on to the staff at Southlands Hospital who will be delighted to receive it and we hope that you are recovering well from your procedure.
