I was referred to General Surgery at the Doncaster Royal Infirmary. I visited the Appointments Online service, but couldn't get access for three days. I phoned the Choose and Book service and gave them my details, and they told me that my details would be passed on to the hospital for an appointment to be made. However, I didn't hear anything from the hospital following this. My own GP got in touch with me and she was able to get me the appointment.
