"Long wait, no diagnosis"

About: University Hospital Aintree

Having sat in the waiting room for 4.5 hours I was finally seen for the whole of 2 minutes. I was not asked to fully describe my injury and the doctor seemed wholly uninterested. I still have a bad foot however, I am unwilling to go and waste another day sat in A&E. I had no x ray, no suggestion of what to do to help my injury. This very junior doctor in my opinion did not do her job properly, and I hate to think how she will treat people 5 years down the line. Disgraceful.
