I had to have a Biopsy today and was quite nervous. I had to wait quite a while as the clinic was running late. When I was seen, I was greeted and welcomed by the Doctor. He introduced me to a lovely Nurse and together, they made me feel safe and relaxed. I ask questions, talked quite a lot about nothing due to nerves. The Dr and Nurse were kind and gentle. It was all over before I knew it and I was given advice on aftercare, also informed that I could ring them if I had any questions. If you have to have an unpleasant procedure, you would want to be in the hands of these guy's. Totally professional, totally caring! Thank you.
