I attended the hospital after a garden fork went through the front of my thumb and came out in the hollow between my thumb and finger, I went to reception where the receptionist was friendly and very helpful, Within 5 minutes I was seen by the nurse practitioner, he was very efficient and made me feel at ease he cleansed the wound and then booked me in at East Grinstead hospital the next morning, he gave me a tetanus jab and fully explained to me what the procedure would be at East Grinstead the following morning. I was totally satisfied with the care and attention I was given, I have attended your hospital on other occasions and every time I have had a minimal wait and excellent care. Well done to your staff, and their efficiency under very difficult circumstances. I cannot prose our local hospital enough. With many thanks Susan Parkinson
